Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Pre-ordered items are processed within 2 to 3 business days of arrival in stock.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@playshmutz.com. We will not be able to make changes to your oder after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address we will not refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that your re-submit your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Winter Design Studio LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please be advised that pre-orders will not be shipped until the item is in stock.
